Bubbleberry Ice Cream

Tasty and simple Bubbleberry Ice-cream for kids and adults alike. Get that natural old school strawberry or bubblegum flavour, naturally sweetened with Bubbleberries and a dash of honey.


  1. 2.5 cups of fresh Bubbleberries (If using frozen, allow Bubbleberries to defrost slightly)
  2. 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  3. 1.5 of thickened cream ( A good quality thickened cream for best results)
  4. 0.5 cups of raw honey or maple syrup
  5. 2 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract (2 x vanilla beans if preferred)
  6. 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  7. ¾ cups of full cream milk


  1. Whisk honey, vanilla, cream and milk together
  2. Puree Bubbleberries using a food processor or blender.
  3. Mix lemon juice in with Pureed Bubbleberries
  4. Combine all ingredients together into a bowl and whisk thoroughly
  5. Process together in your pre chilled ice cream maker

Special hint. The more Bubbleberries you add, the stronger the Bubblegum flavour.
