Rocket salad adds zest to salads, pastas, and sandwiches with the leaves of this mustard-like annual herb. The long, toothed, purplish/green leaves also can be used as a decorative garnish.

 

Planting Guide

Rocket thrives in well drained, fertile soil in a sunny position. Pick the leaves as regularly as possible to prevent them from becoming bitter and tough. Keep moist in dry weather.
