Chilli Guacamole is a hot chilli with small finger shaped fruit. Fruit commence dark green ripening red. Fruit can be used at green  or red stage increasing in heat rating as it matures. Use fresh or cooked.

Caution – wash hands thoroughly after food preparation and avoid face and eye contact with hands during process.

Red vegetables contain Lycopene, a natural pigment that can contribute to a vegetables red colour. It’s a powerful antioxidant that is said to help protect against prostate, lung and stomach cancers. Extremely high in vitamin C.
