Pontiac is a high yielding with a round shape, red skin and white flesh. Harvest  when lower leaves turn yellow. Maturity 13-15 weeks. Boil, bake, microwave or use in salads. not recommended for frying.

Cultivate soil with compost before planting. Mound soil around plant regularly. Water well at planting. Keep moist but not wet.
