Sebago is an oval shaped, white skinned potato with white flesh. Harvest when lower leaves turn yellow. Maturity 13-15 weeks. Sebago are great when boiled, baked, fried or used in salads.

Cultivate soil with compost before planting. Mound soil around plant regularly. Water well at planting. Keep moist but not wet.
