Potato Sweet is a tuber vegetable high in vitamin and fibre. Tubers suited to steaming and roasting, young leaves as a spinach substitute. Harvest time approx 16 to 25 wks, when leaves turn yellow. Frost sensitive.

Cultivate well draining soil with compost before planting. Mound soil around plant regularly. Water in well at planting. Keep moist but not wet. This product is from Certified stock
