Sage is a perennial herb with aromatic leaves. Culinery use: flavouring for poultry, pork, veal, stuffing, cheese and egg.
Tip prune when young to promote bushy, compact plants. Cultivate well draining soil with compost before planting. Water and liquid feed regularly. If planting in a container use premium potting mix for optium results.
