Lemon Balm is a vigorous, clump forming, soft leaved perennial, with heartshaped foliage and white flowers in the summer period. Culinary use: Garnishes and lemon flavour to salads, dressings, sauces, drinks and desserts. Herbal tea has a slight sedative effect. Harvest when plant is starting to flower.
