This flavoured coriander butter turns the ordinary into something delicious. Use on vegetables, baked potatoes, fish or steak for a great new flavour combination.
125g unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup Top Taste coriander, chopped
Zest of 1/2 a lime
2 tsp lime juice
Chilli flakes, to taste
Salt, to taste
- Cream butter.
- Mix in coriander, lime zest and juice, chilli flakes and salt. Beat until completely combined
- Place butter on a large piece of cling wrap and mould into a rough log shape
- Roll cling wrap tightly around the log, twist off and tie a knot in each end of the cling wrap
- Refrigerate until firm
- When needed you can take the butter out of the cling film and put on a plate. Cut pieces as needed, and keep refrigerated
