Coriander flavoured butter

This flavoured coriander butter turns the ordinary into something delicious. Use on vegetables, baked potatoes, fish or steak for a great new flavour combination.


125g unsalted butter, softened

1/4 cup Top Taste coriander, chopped

Zest of 1/2 a lime

2 tsp lime juice

Chilli flakes, to taste

Salt, to taste 



  1. Cream butter.
  2. Mix in coriander, lime zest and juice, chilli flakes and salt. Beat until completely combined
  3. Place butter on a large piece of cling wrap and mould into a rough log shape
  4. Roll cling wrap tightly around the log, twist off and tie a knot in each end of the cling wrap
  5. Refrigerate until firm
  6. When needed you can take the butter out of the cling film and put on a plate. Cut pieces as needed, and keep refrigerated
