Leek tart

This fast and simple leek tart is a greatĀ appetiser for your next winter dinner party. Prepared in under ten minutes and baked in twenty-five this tart is set to impress.


1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed

1/2 Top Taste leek washed throughly, dried and thinly sliced

1/4 cup grated Colby cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan


  • Preheat the oven to 180C
  • Place puff pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper
  • Fold 1cm of each edge of the pastry over to form a crust
  • Prick the pastry all over with a fork, avoiding the crust
  • Scatter over the leek and cheese
  • Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until edges are golden and leek has softened
